Our Policies

SHIPPING:

Your item(s) will ship via USPS with tracking.  Please allow up to 7 -10 business days for your order to ship.  Custom pieces and larger orders may require 10 days.  If your order requires more production time or it is a busy time of the year, you will be notified as to the delay of your shipment.

Shipping Rates:

0 - 20.00    6.95

21.00 - 35.00   8.95

35.00 - 50.00   10.95

50.00 - 100.00 14.95

101.00 and over   FREE (USA Only)

Orders to Canada will reflect a 15.00 charge added to all shipping rates. - Sorry, no free shipping to Canada at this time.

RETURNS:

Because of the personalized and custom nature of our items, we will not accept returns on embroidered name pieces or custom orders.  Pre-made items will only be taken for return in a case of extreme manufacturer defect.  Any returns that have been authorized must be sent back within 10 days after customer has received the item.

PRIVACY:

All information collected during the sale transaction is for use by This Mom's Creations only.  We never sell, rent or give away any customer information.  Any information obtained by us will be used to complete customer transaction and used in communication with customers about sales and other specials offered by This Mom's Creations.  Customers will have the option to opt out of any communications they may receive in the future.

PAYMENT:

We accept credit cards via pay pal, e check and existing funds via pay pal and check or money order via USPS.  All personal checks will be held 5 days to assure bank clearance - items will ship after this time.

All invoices for phone and written orders are generated through pay pal.  You can pay with a credit card without needing a pay pal account and it costs you nothing to do so.

We also accept credit card payments in person or over the phone processed with Square.
