Policies   Due to the handmade and custom order nature of our items, This Mom's Creations will not take returns.  If you encounter a problem with your item, please contact us. Payment is expected in full when ordering your item(s).  If you are using the custom order method, an invoice will be sent to you via pay pal after we have contacted you to get the specifics on your order.  Payment is expected within 3 days after the invoice is sent or your order will be cancelled.  NO orders will be started until payment has been received in full. We process credits cards through pay pal.  We will also accept existing funds and e checks through pay pal. We will also except personal checks and money orders - please e mail us with this payment option within 3 days of receiving your invoice.  We all accept personal checks and money orders.  Please do not send cash, your payment will be refused and sent back should you send cash through the mail.  Should you choose to pay with check or money order a payment address will be provided to you with your invoice.  Payment of this type is expected within 10 days of invoice receipt. Orders may be held for up to 7 days for clearance for personal checks. Shipping charges will vary from order to order.  Your shipping fees will be added to your invoice and are due at the time of payment.  We use USPS and UPS for order delivery.  Shipping times vary on homemade items depending on the project to be made.  Most items will ship within 7-10 days after payment is received.  If you project is larger, an approximate delivery time will be given to you at the time of your order.  We will notify you via e mail when your item(s) has sipped. Shipping times on products we have manufactured out of house featuring our original graphic designs (jewelry, magnets, stickers, t-shirts, greeting cards, etc) will vary on shipping time.  Please allow up to 2 - 2 1/2 weeks for delivery.
